V.O.G.U.E. XI를 위해 두번째 international guest와 함께한다!

뉴욕출신의 Venus X는 다양한 mix set과 실험적인 스타일로 각광받아왔으며, 2009년부터 Hood By Air의 디자이너 Shayne Oliver와 함께 GHE20 GOTH1K 파티를 시작하여 선풍적인 인기를 끌었다.

그녀는 전시회와 패션쇼 등에서도 자신만의 스타일로 여러 장르와 스타일의 음악을 플레이해오며 다양한 지지층의 서포트를 받아왔으며, A$SAP의 뮤직비디오에도 출연하여 대중적으로도 지지를 받게되었다.

우리는 Venus X를 서울에 선보이게 되어 매우 자랑스럽다.

서울의 언더그라운드 씬을 이끌고있는 Cakeshop Seoul에서 v.o.g.u.e.는 당신의 신념에 관계없이 서울의 가장 핫한 그리고 가장 진보적인 LGBT night을 선사할 것이다.

‘힐’에서 벗어나 음악에 중점을 둔 v.o.g.u.e.는 항상 단조롭고 한정되어있는 서울의 퀴어 씬에 새로운 자리를 만들었으며 그날 보그를 서포트하기 위해 서울 최고의 로컬 DJ들인 Wood X, Ligrye 그리고 Shins와 함께한다.

또한 우리는 저번 파티에서도 완벽한 vogueing 공연을 보여주어 값진 밤을 선사한 프로페셔널 보그댄서 Naquan과 Jonah를 다시 한 번 초청하였다.

After the huge success of our anniversary party with Le1f, we’re back to bring you a second international special guest for V.O.G.U.E. XI!

Hailing from New York City, Venus X is a much sought after DJ known for her eclectic mix sets and experimental style. Together with Hood By Air Fashion designer Shayne Oliver, Venus X started the GHE20 GOTH1K night in 2009 which quickly grew into one of the most talked about club nights in New York.

Often seen playing art parties and fashion shows, Venus X’s distinct style, fusing many different genres and styles of music, has garnered her the support of a wide group of contemporaries. She has also appeared alongside A$SAP Rocky in his music videos.

We are very proud to bring you; Venus X.

Taking place at Seoul’s leading underground club ’Cakeshop Seoul’, v.o.g.u.e. brings together hundreds of boys and girls of all persuasions for what is Seoul’s premier and most forward thinking LGBT night.

Away from the ‘Hill’ and with a focused music policy, v.o.g.u.e. is a welcomed addition to the monotonous and limited gay nightlife scene LGBTs are subjected to in Seoul. We’ll be using some of Seoul’s best local DJs for support on the night including Wood X, Ligrye and Shins.

After their amazing performance at the last night, we will also be having vogue dancers Naquan and Jonah performing over the evening.

Visuals on the night will be provided by F:::Up, Seoul’s quirkiest VJ.

Whatever your orientation, come get down, get sweaty, support your scene, and let’s make this another night to remember!
